  Buyer beware if you are an interstate customer ordering any products from Nathan & Jamie of Earth de Fleur Homeware in Queensland. They promise you a lot but do not deliver on their promises. Their initial service is very helpful and they will tell you that they can produce / deliver to your expectations and requirements. However, they insist on full payment upfront before they will produce and deliver your product. Once you pay, fully expect that they will then start to renege on their promises and change what you agreed to both verbally and in writing. We had the same experience stated in other customer reviews in that they very intentionally avoid, and do not return, your calls to respond to your genuine concerns. Our main regret and hard lesson is that we did not think to search for reviews on them before wasting our money and time.
